The Blueberries are processed from fresh, clean and healthy raw material, firm texture and good color, according to the characteristics of the species, free from foreign material and rests vegetal. Blueberries are harvested and transported to the plant immediately to be cooled and washed.  Then with the freezing process we seek to keep intact the characteristics of the fruit, in their taste, odor and color. Finally the product is packaged and stored at -20.
